- DO I NEED A SIGNATURE TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

You must make sure that someone is available to sign and confirm receipt of the order. If at the time of delivery of the order no one is available for signature, the order will be transferred to a local collection point. You can track your order by registering on our website.

 

- CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a series of emails to inform you about the status of the order. In addition, by registering on our website you can see the status of your order

- CAN I MAKE A FOLLOW UP OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the details of it and your guide number. With this identification number you can track the order online in the parcel and you will have the option to receive notifications by e-mail.

- HOW CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

If you have a promotional code that you want to use in your order, follow the instructions below to apply the discount:
· Add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart.
· Pass the mouse over the link PURCHASE BASKET and click on «see shopping cart» (do not go directly to «process the order»).
· You can add your exclusive discount code inside the shopping cart.
Process your purchase and the discount will be applied to the total of your order.

 

CAN I USE THE GIFT CARD IN THE ONLINE STORE?

Leo Jiménez Online does not accept gift cards from Leo Jiménez stores as a method of payment. Leo Jimenez gift cards can only be exchanged in whole or in part for products or services offered at Leo Jiménez stores in Mexico. These cards can not be exchanged for orders placed by phone, by mail or in the online store, or in any dealership store. Gift cards will not be replaced due to loss or theft and Leo Jimenez will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Also, they are not refundable or can be exchanged for cash or in your account. Gift cards can be used until your balance has run out or until the card expires. Gift cards expire after 24 consecutive months without use of them.

CAN I RETURN ONLINE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A PHYSICAL STORE?

All items purchased in the online store will have to be returned through the courier company. Our physical stores can not process returns from the online store.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEMS OF AN ORDER?

You can return the items purchased online within 28 days from the date of receipt of the package.

HOW CAN I REQUEST THE CHANGE OR RETURN OF AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED ONLINE?
