SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free ordinary shipping on all orders. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days depending on when the order is placed. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and require a signature of the person receiving the order, so you must indicate a safe delivery address where someone can sign the pick up of the order . In case of not being available, the courier will leave a notification notice with all the information, you can also directly contact the courier and specify an alternative delivery.
No deliveries are made on holidays or during weekends, please keep this in mind when placing an order.
The express delivery service is free for orders over $ 300 and has a cost of $ 5 if the total amount of the order is less than $ 300. The urgent delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and require a signature from the person receiving the order, please make sure that someone can pick up the order at the indicated delivery address

Once your order has been sent, you can track it until delivery for any type of shipment. You only have to access the link that appears in the e-mail of Confirmation of Shipment that you receive. If you are registered as a customer you can also follow your order through the "My account" section on our website.
RETURN COLLECTION SERVICE
Leo Jiménez offers a free return service, through the courier company, which will pick up the package at the address you indicate.
To request a return, you must first ask for an ADM (merchandise return authorization) and specify the pick-up with the parcel within 28 days of receiving the order.
All orders will have to be returned through the parcel, using the FREE return label that will be provided. You can create an ADM number by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account, and in the 'My Orders' section, select 'View Order' for the item you wish to return
2. Open 'Request Return' at the top of the page. Select the items you wish to return from the drop-down menu and enter your return request data to submit the form. (There is also the 'Add item' button in case of multiple returns)
3. Once you have sent the return request, you should receive an email confirming the details of the request and the subsequent instructions on how to return your items.
After receiving the return authorization email with the attached label, we ask you to prepare the package with the return, including the ADM number inside, and print and paste the label on the package. You must call the courier service to schedule the pick-up. Please make a note of your return tracking number.
If you have placed the order as a guest, you will then have to click on the following link return form or send us an email to to request a refund.
Keep in mind that the items must be returned unused, in perfect condition for sale and with all barcode labels intact.
Once our warehouse has received and examined the returned items, the refund will be processed within 7 working days, using the same form of payment used in your purchase. The refund will be made within 28 days of you sending the package.
Unfortunately, we do not process changes. If you want to change a garment for a different size, you will have to place a new order.
In case you do not receive any of the products included in the order, please inform us. We make free returns on all orders through the international courier company. You can consult our policy of cancellations and returns at If your return does not meet the conditions indicated, we can not make the refund, and the package will be returned, under our terms and conditions.
